kissmypampas.co.uk is owned and operated by Kiss My Pampas, throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kiss My Pampas. The terms “website” or “site” will refer to www.kissmypampas.co.uk.  “You”, “user” and “your” will be used to refer to the customer/end user.

Products

​All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website without notice.

We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We do not offer price adjustments.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products.

Due to pampas being a natural product, the shape and size may vary from stem to stem.

 

The use of your personal information

We only use your personal information in accordance our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

All pampas are sent in strong postal tubes to protect them duing transit.

UK shipping cost is £5 (Hermes) and International shipping is £15 (Royal Mail or Hermes).

International Orders (including Channel Islands) – All stems will have to be cut down to about 80cm for international orders due to the limitations on package size.

Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all UK orders in 2-3 working days, International orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched due to using a different shipping method.

If you are purchasing pampas and one of the big vases (not including Kimmy Vases) your order may arrive in two separate packages.

Unfortuantely we are not able to send Pampas to Australia due to customs not allowing import of dried flowers to Australia.

​The goods ordered will be delivered to the address you provide at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.

Shipping times may vary and are subject to availability of stock. Our delivery time estimates are limited to mainland UK and may be subject to delays outside of our control. 

We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible but cannot accept any liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen courier problems.

Returns & Refunds

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and are therefore happy to accept your returns within 14 days of your order arriving.

If you would like to return your item, please email admin@kissmypampas.co.uk with the details of your order and the reason for returning.

Further details on how to return the item will be provided once your return request has been accepted.

Please note, customer is responsible for packaging the product in a way it doesn’t get damaged during transit and for covering the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received the item back, a refund will be issued, providing the item is in resalable condition. Original Shipping cost will not be refunded.
