Returns

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and are therefore happy to accept your returns within 14 days of your order arriving.

If you would like to return your item, please email admin@kissmypampas.co.uk with the details of your order and the reason for returning.

Further details on how to return the item will be provided once your return request has been accepted.

Please note, customer is responsible for packaging the product in a way it doesn’t get damaged during transit and for covering the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received the item back, a refund will be issued, providing the item is in resalable condition. Original Shipping cost will not be refunded.
